The prosthetic therapy can replace missing teeth or teeth to reconstruct destroyed much that can not be rehabilitated with a simple conservative treatment.
The prosthesis can be fixed or removable: the first (crowns and bridges) are fixed to teeth or implants can be removed by the patient and damage, if well implemented, a "comfort" is not unlike that offered by natural teeth. The second (model casting and full dentures) instead lean soft tissue and, if present, dental waste, and must be removed daily by the patient to proceed to oral hygiene: they are hearing that some space, but if they are well implemented can provide excellent functional and aesthetic results. The fact that they are removable does not mean that they are "mobile" while you eat, speak or smile!
The construction of the prosthesis is made on the basis of accuracy and impressions from using techniques to transfer information from the laboratory study that will permit the maximum possible accuracy (facial arcs).
Information aesthetics and color of teeth are transmitted between studio and laboratory in real time through the use of digital photography and the spetrofotometro. Our engineers, in turn, use of equipment that reproduce the complex movement of the jaw with the skull (see article) and the option of using high-magnification microscope for maximum accuracy. The latest technology also enables users to create structures "metallic" white (structures of zirconium oxide) executed with extreme precision thanks to CAD / CAM technology.
